2. Documentation:

- Attach clear photographs highlighting the specific area that requires attention.
3. Approval Process:
- Our team will review your request promptly.
- If the repair is deemed necessary and within the specified time frame, we will provide instructions on the return process.
4. Return Instructions:

5. Fixing or Repair Process:
- Once we receive the item, master will assess and fix or repair the piece.
- The item will be returned to you as soon as possible.
6. Conditions for Returns:
- The jewelry piece must be sent in safe packaging.
- Repairs are accepted within 7 days of receiving the item due to damaging from delivery providers.
-After 7 days of receiving item we may ask you to pay extra fee for requirements on adjustments, repair and fixes.
